Crop Room Schedule...

Crop room opens at 10:00 a.m. in Gatlinburg, TN

Crop room opens at 3:00 p.m. in Myrtle Beach, SC

You will be given a telephone number to call when you pull up to the hotel registration area.

We will provide bellhop service for your scrap gear

The Crop Room will remain open each evening until the last scrapper leaves.

At that point, the room will be secured and will re-open the next morning by 8:00 a.m.

The Crop Room officially closes at 10:00 a.m. on the last morning and must be vacated by 11:00 noon.
